Here is HIGHER, our first single release in 2023. The song is about being with a lover who challenges you, who takes you out of your comfort zone.

We invited Roger Joseph Manning Jr. (known as Jellyfish founding member, Roger is also part of Beck’s band and played with Cheap Trick, Blink182, Air and Roger Waters) to play some keyboards. He was a true gentleman and added his personal touch bringing the song to a higher level.

“It’s a pop song with an unconventional structure” says Charles, Mal Fantôme’s singer, guitarist and co-founder.

HIGHER was recorded in Quebec city, Montréal and Los Angeles. The single is produced by Mal Fantôme and Mathieu Dandurand.
