We are quite happy to release “HOT“, our new EP, just in time to kickstart summer 2023.

HOT regroups our four latest singles OVER (featuring Charles Imbeau on trumpet), HIGHER (featuring Roger Joseph Manning Jr on keyboards), BURNING (featuring Michelle Rescigno – vocals – and Trent Williamson on harmonica) and MY HEAVY SOUL (featuring Bruce Kaphan on lap steel guitar).

“The EP showcases where Mal Fantôme is now. We’re still driven by the same energy but we’re smarter with it” says Jack deVarennes, the band’s bassist and co-founder. HOT sets the scene for LOVE HOTEL, the band’s upcoming third album.

HOT was recorded in Quebec city, Montréal, Gaspé, Santa Monica and New York City. The EP is produced by Mal Fantôme and Mathieu Dandurand.
